Such an amazing place and community! Its calm and there are usually monthly events that you could attend with your family. I love how they really care about family!

I have been a resident of Arcadia Townhomes for several years. I have absolutely no complaints. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance men are very professional when addressing your concerns. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. The community is always clean and quiet. I can't see myself moving any time soon.

Wonderful staff at the leasing office, very helpful and caring. The maintenance staff is always friendly, helpful and zooming around the complex in their carts. They try their hardest to get to everyone in a timely matter. Overall the complex is a safe community and I have enjoyed living her for the past 3 years. I would recommend Arcadia Townhomes as a good place to rent in Federal Way.

Love it here grateful to call it home. Maintenance is extreamly professional and quick to respond. Lots of parking with ample lighting . Even in winter storms they management teams and groundskeepers make sure were safe.
