I’ve been living in Arcadia townhomes for about 3 years now and so far it’s a good community and the size of the townhomes are perfect compared to other communities I’ve looked threw.

Lived here over 10 years. Nice and quiet and clean. No issues. I love being able to pay my rent and make requests online rather than having to go into the office; I appreciate the communication from the front office staff, too.

So far lived in arcadia town homes going on 2 year and i would definitely stay longer best experiences good size on 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 bath and staff are very attentive on work.

I love living here. I have been here for over two years. I would like to move to unit with garage. The upkeep of the property is great most times. I wish the residents were a little quieter at night. But overall I enjoy staying here at Arcadia!

ove it here grateful to call it home. Maintenance is extreamly professional and quick to respond. Lots of parking with ample lighting . Even in winter storms they management teams and groundskeepers make sure were safe.
